- 01
Only share your own photos
Only upload photos you have taken yourself or have the right to share. Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, such as photos of other people taken without permission.
- 02
Physical Fumos only
Only photographs of physical Fumo plushies may appear in posts. Digital art, screenshots, renders, and AI-generated images are not allowed.
- 03
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your photos. By posting on Fumoshare you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, resize, optimize, and feature approved public posts on our official channels such as Discord, Telegram, Bluesky, and X. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
- 04
Copyright and intellectual property
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Fumoshare without authorization, report it to the staff on our official Discord server with enough detail to identify the work and the specific content, and we will review it and remove the content where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated.
- 05
Respect everyone
No harassment, bullying, or threats. Do not attack or single out people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- 06
No hate or violent organizations
Do not organize, promote, or support hate groups, violent groups, or criminal organizations, and do not post credible threats of violence or content that glorifies violence.
- 07
Keep private information private
Do not post or threaten to post someone else's private or confidential information, such as real name, address, phone number, workplace, or private accounts, without their permission.
- 08
No nudity or sexual content
Do not post nudity or sexually explicit or suggestive content. Sexual imagery shared without the consent of the people depicted is strictly forbidden and will be removed and reported.
- 09
No self-harm or graphic violence
Do not post content that encourages or promotes suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders, and do not post gory or graphically violent content or content depicting animal cruelty.
- 10
Protect minors
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly forbidden, including drawings, animations, and AI-generated media. Violations result in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities. If you encounter such content, report it immediately.
- 11
No spam or fake engagement
Do not spam people, repeatedly post the same or very similar images, or use bots, automation, or other methods to artificially inflate likes, followers, or other engagement. Accounts and usernames may not be sold or transferred.
- 12
Be authentic
Do not impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your identity. Do not create or use accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
- 13
No scraping or interference with the service
Do not access, collect, or scrape data from Fumoshare using automated means without our permission, and do not try to bypass or disable security and access-control measures, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- 14
No scams or deceptive practices
Do not use Fumoshare for scams, fraud, or deception, such as fake giveaways or attempts to trick people into sharing their login credentials or personal information.
- 15
Follow the law
You must comply with all applicable laws. Do not use Fumoshare for any unlawful purpose, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
- 16
No misleading information
Do not share false or misleading information that could cause real-world harm to people, public health, or safety.
- 17
Report, do not retaliate
If you encounter content or behavior that breaks these rules, report it to the staff instead of taking action yourself. Taking matters into your own hands can put people at risk. Do not abuse the report system with false, duplicated, or bad-faith reports.
- 18
Enforcement and agreement
By using Fumoshare and submitting content you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. Violations may lead to content removal, warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban, and, where required, a report to the authorities.
